Four completed communities. A fifth now underway.

New Mountain began in Davis County, Utah, where the company planned, developed, and completed four residential communities totaling 110 homes between 2016 and 2022.

That experience now forms the foundation for New Mountain's work in Costa Rica.

Our mission.

New Mountain acquires the land, carries the entitlement and sets the standard every home is built to. Every project starts fully capitalized and is finished the way it was planned — no corners cut, nothing left half-done, nothing walked away from. Four communities have been delivered on that basis since 2016.

The land comes first

Every project begins with the land. New Mountain buys where it believes people will still want to live in 30 years.

High-quality construction

At New Mountain the goal is to provide a high quality result in a reasonable timeline. That means picking the best contractors and best materials.

Seen through from start to finish

Land, entitlement and infrastructure sit with one company, and the build is contracted and run to high standards. We don’t switch hands halfway through the project. Four completed communities stand behind that.

Building communities that stand the test of time.

We believe a development is judged by how long it stays around, not by how quickly it was delivered.
